NIMC has finished fixing more than 2.5 million NIN change requests. The National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) has finished handling more than two million requests from people who wanted to change their National Identification Numbers (NIN).

The Acting Director-General of NIMC, Engineer Abisoye Coker-Odusote, said this on Wednesday. She mentioned that NIMC is determined to make sure that all Nigerians can get secure identity documents that are accepted everywhere.

NIMC’s teams have been working really hard to deal with these pending requests, and they won’t stop until it’s easier for people to get their NINs.

They know that many Nigerians had problems before, and they are thankful for people’s patience. Now that they’ve processed over two million NIN change requests, they will keep working hard to clear any remaining requests as quickly as possible.

Coker-Odusote also said that NIMC is working on making it easier for people to contact them with any problems they have. They want to solve issues quickly and efficiently.

They are also investing in better infrastructure to provide good services to all Nigerians. They believe that having strong and modern infrastructure is important for giving good and reliable services to people.
